We understand many customers ask:
“How can I track my flowers?” or “How do I know where my flowers are?”

While we completely understand this request, live flower tracking is not currently possible — even the largest companies like 1-800-Flowers (a billion-dollar brand) do not offer GPS flower tracking.

We’re a small local business, and we’re working hard to make this feature available in the future. However, our delivery drivers often change, and routes vary each day.

🏡 Delivery Recommendations

We strongly recommend sending your flowers to a permanent address, not a temporary one.
A permanent address means a place where someone is available throughout the day — not a location with specific time windows like “she’s leaving at 2 PM.”

Because traffic, weather, and multiple deliveries can affect timing, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Our drivers usually deliver from closest to farthest stops, completing 7–10 deliveries per route.

📦 Where is my order?

• Status: On route

• Arrival: Today (same-day delivery guaranteed)

• Exact time: We don’t know — and we cannot promise a specific time

Drivers may also take short breaks for meals or restrooms, so your order could be temporarily paused until they return to their route.

If timing is very important, we suggest:

• Picking up the order yourself, or

• Sending a trusted driver to pick it up for you

If you just need it delivered today, no matter the time — you’re in great hands with us!

Don’t worry — flowers are strong! 🌸
They’re used to sun, rain, and wind. If left safely at the door, your arrangement will be perfectly fine until it’s picked up.

🕊️ Once your delivery is completed, our team will text you a photo of your flower delivery as confirmation.
