Creating a beautiful bouquet takes time, attention, and skill. Unlike food orders, flowers usually take longer than an hour to prepare and deliver. We appreciate your patience so we can make your flowers perfect.

🚗 Self-Delivery Service

We use a Self-Delivery system through UberEats and DoorDash — that means our own drivers handle deliveries, not UberEats or DoorDash drivers.

Because of this:

• There’s no live tracking on the app.

• You’ll still receive updates and a delivery photo via text from our delivery representative.

We’re a small business and plan to add real-time tracking in the future — thank you for your understanding!

⏰ Delivery Times (Same-Day Delivery Guaranteed)

We guarantee same-day delivery for all orders placed during our operating hours.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on traffic, order size, and store activity.

Please note: UberEats or DoorDash may mark your order as “Delivered” automatically after one hour — this does not mean your flowers have arrived. They may still be in preparation or en route.

💐 Refund Policy

Flowers are non-refundable because they are perishable and custom-made.
Once your order is placed, preparation begins immediately and drivers may already be en route.

If a refund appears instantly through the app, it may later be reversed — this is due to the platforms’ non-return / non-refund policy.

📸 Delivery Confirmation

Once your bouquet is delivered, our representative will text a photo of your delivery to the phone number provided in your UberEats or DoorDash order.

• Please text us first for questions or updates — this allows us to assist multiple customers at once.

• Repeated phone calls can block our phone system (we use iPhones, not landlines).
  Excessive calling may result in your number being temporarily blocked.
