ID VERIFY POLICY

ID Verification & Payment Hold Policy (First-Time Online Orders)

To protect our customers and prevent credit-card fraud, some orders—especially first-time customers—require identity verification before we can process, release, or deliver the order.

When verification may be required

We may request verification for:

  • First-time customers

  • High-value orders

  • Same-day / rush delivery

  • Large quantities or multiple addresses

  • Billing/shipping name mismatch

  • Orders flagged by our fraud-prevention system

What we may ask for

If verification is required, we may request one of the following:

  • A photo of a government-issued ID (Driver’s License / Passport / State ID), OR

  • A selfie holding the ID, OR

  • A photo of the card used showing only the last 4 digits (cover the rest)

✅ Important: You may cover your ID number. We only need to match name + photo and confirm the order.

How to submit verification

Send the requested info by:

  • Secure upload link (if available), or

  • Text / email to our official business contact

Processing time

Verification is usually confirmed within 15–60 minutes during business hours.
Orders requiring verification may be delayed until verification is completed.

If verification is not provided

If verification is not provided within:

  • 30 minutes for same-day orders, or

  • 24 hours for scheduled orders,

your order may be placed on hold and payment will remain frozen/held until verification is completed.

If you do not want to verify ID, you may choose an alternate payment method:

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • Cash (in-store only, if applicable)

We will not release or deliver the order until payment is confirmed (either verified card payment or alternate payment received).

NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS (ALL SALES FINAL)

Due to the perishable and custom nature of flowers and gifts:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No cancellations once the order is placed

  • This applies to delivery fees, service fees, rush fees, tips, and all add-ons

Privacy & data handling

Verification images are used only to confirm identity and prevent fraud.
We do not sell or share personal data.

Right to refuse service

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders that cannot be verified.
