However, we do offer store credit for the full amount paid, which never expires and can be used any time of the year, including holidays.

Since flowers are a natural, perishable product and floral designs are handmade, variations in color, size, and shape may occur. We make every effort to ensure the quality, freshness, and beauty of each arrangement.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately. We will promptly review your concern and take appropriate action — which may include a replacement or store credit — depending on the situation.
